This class will be held as a group meeting in Zoom. Upon registering, you will receive a Zoom link which you will use to join the class on the day of. When you click on the link, you will enter a waiting room until the meeting begins. Once you are admitted, you will be welcomed and given instructions for the meeting.
During the exercise time, our leader will walk you through an exercise directly from our Skill 2 and Skill 11 Habit Builder Courses. This time will include opportunities to share and discuss with others in online breakout rooms.
Please note that this is a LIVE, non-refundable event and will NOT be recorded. Be sure to mark your calendar and make allowances for time zone differences. If you cannot attend this LIVE event, we recommend that you instead check out our Skill 2 Online Courses and/or Skill 11 Online Courses where Chris will lead you through exercise practices on demand.
